Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a talented and results-driven Marketing Campaign Specialist to lead and execute high-impact marketing campaigns for our suite of solutions for utilities and the public sector. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, generate leads, and accelerate customer acquisition. Your understanding of data-driven marketing, ABM strategies, and understanding of the enterprise SaaS buyer's journey will be pivotal to success.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Campaign Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to support product launches, lead generation, and customer retention goals.
- Align campaigns with the sales team and marketing leadership to ensure seamless lead handoffs and pipeline development.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM):
- Support the design and execution of ABM strategies, collaborating with Marketing Manager/Director and sales teams to identify target accounts and tailor campaigns for specific accounts.
- Leverage tools like LinkedIn Ads, intent data platforms, and CRM systems to execute ABM campaigns effectively.
- Measure and report on ABM campaign performance, including engagement, pipeline impact, and ROI.
Content Creation and Management:
- Partner with the product marketing and external vendors to create compelling assets (e.g., emails, landing pages, case studies, videos, whitepapers).
Channel Management:
- Plan and execute campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, paid ads, SEO, webinars, and ABM platforms.
- Optimize campaigns for each channel to maximize reach and engagement.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track, measure, analyze and report campaign performance and make recommendations for continuous improvement
Audience Segmentation:
- Leverage data to segment audiences effectively and tailor campaigns to specific customer needs and behaviors.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging tools to enhance campaign effectiveness.
QUALIFICAITONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in marketing, preferably within the B2B SaaS space.
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns, including ABM strategies.
- Expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
- Proficiency in ABM platforms and CRM systems (e.g., 6sense, Salesforce).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid project management and multitasking abilities.
- Deep understanding of the B2B SaaS sales funnel and customer lifecycle.
- Familiarity with ABM, demand generation, and content marketing best practices.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.
- Experience in utilities or public sector a plus.
- Familiarity with digital marketing techniques.
- Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization.
- Enthusiasm for staying ahead of trends in SaaS and digital marketing.
- Available to work in the EST zone, during the hours of 8 am - 5 pm ET
- The ability to travel up to 20% (some international travel may be required)

COMPENSATION
The targeted base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 based on relevant skills, experience and other job related knowledge, with an annual bonus eligibility of up to 10% of the base salary, depending on company and individual performance.
