Join ARCOS as a Product Owner and play a key role in bringing innovative SaaS solutions to life!
In this dynamic role, you’ll collaborate with product leadership, customer success teams, and software developers to turn user problems into impactful product features. With a focus on execution and a touch of strategy, you’ll drive roadmap initiatives, craft solutions with cross-functional teams, and ensure a seamless user experience.
What you’ll do:
- Translate user feedback into clear, actionable tasks.
- Partner with development and UX teams to design and deliver high-impact solutions.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, keeping projects on track.
- Collaborate on AI innovations and utility-focused technologies.
- Use tools like JIRA and Aha! to manage roadmaps and sprints.
- Be a champion for customer satisfaction, using data and feedback to guide product improvements.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or equivalent experience.
- 2 - 4 years in product management with SaaS products.
- Experience with Agile development processes.
- Bonus points for AI implementation or work management software knowledge.
- A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
